: WCI does not join network
Explanation/Resolution
Give the WCI more time to join. If the network closes before the WCI has
joined, re-open if necessary by pressing the OPEN NET button on
another member WCI.
For factory addressed WCIs, verify address is correct.
Verify each WCI address after installation.
If sensor is installed, check for error code at sensor.
Initiate network formation and resolve by exception.
Ensure that:
• The WCI is wired correctly.
• The corresponding controller is wired to equipment correctly and is
powered On.
Try a different channel by selecting a different net address or by using
Tracer TU. A better channel may be found by trial and error or by using
a purchased tool such as WiSpy.
Relocate WCI or add a repeater
Replace
