10. After tension is set, tighten the (4) reducer mounting screws on the AZ Chasse ensuring loctite
is applied, refer to Appendix 1 for torque setting.
11. Install the Encoder mounting plate and tighten (3) screws.
12. Install the Encoder ensuring the cables are pointing towards the center of the base casting.
Tighten the (2) set screws. If you are unable to insert the encoder you can loosen the set
screws to release tension.
13. Install and tighten the (2) mounting screws securing the azimuth encoder in place.
14. Connect the Azimuth Encoder and Azimuth Motor to the internal wiring harness.
15. Congratulations you have successfully replaced the Azimuth Motor.
