To retrieve a parked call:
Park
6. (Caller C) Lift the handset.
Caller C must be in same custgrp and
IBN line.
7. (Caller C) Enter * access code to pick up
the call.
Caller C hears confirmation dial tone.
8. (Caller C) Dial the DN where you parked
the call.
Caller A and Caller C can now speak.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press the
Park
3. Dial the DN where you parked the call.
If a parked call is not retrieved within a
specified period of time, it rings back to
your IP Phone or to the attendant.
While on an active call
