11.11.2 CCB to Modulator
The response data for Mode 11 data from the cell provides discrete indicators that show whether voltage is present at
the output terminal of each of the power cell switching devices. Also included is a Bypass Available status bit that the
Host can query to determine if the Cell Bypass option is available on the cell. (The Next Gen Control Software
doesn't test this bit because the bypass, when it exists, is always mechanical.)
