Is the installation location correct?
Confirm whether the setting on the remote controller is correct.
When the horizontal vanes face downward as in status
for about 30 minutes to 1 hour,to prevent water dripping from
the horizontal vanes,the air direction is switched to position
automatically.
It is possible that the Human Sense MOVE EYE is difficult to detect
people.
When you are not satisfied with the air direction,the horizontal·
vertical air direction can be adjusted.
In Cooling operation,even though the room temperature (I FEEL
temperature) reaches the set one,air will not stop running out.The
fan still runs at the set air velocity.
When the unit starts running and gets ready to send warm air,the
horizontal vanes will become horizontal.(about 3 minutes)
The frost on the outdoor unit is being thawed(Defrosting operation).
It is possible to run once between every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
When the outdoor temperature is low and humidity is high,it is
liable to frost.
In Defrosting operation,to prevent cold air from coming out,the
horizontal vanes become horizontal and stop supplying air.
The defrosting operation will stop at most 10 minutes later.
Thereafter,the Heating operation restarts.However,based on different
outdoor temperature,it may take several minutes to blow out warm air.
When the indoor temperature (I FEEL temperature) is higher than
the set one,to prevent overheat,the outdoor unit will stop running.
At this point,to prevent cool air from coming out,the horizontal vanes
become horizontal and supply slight air.
The discoloration may be caused during manufacturing the indoor
heat exchanger (the heat in welding leads to the discoloration of the
resin coat on the surface of the aluminum fins).It isn't caused by the
operation of the air conditioner.Moreover,the performance of the heat
exchanger may not be influenced.
