When the wind intensity is set to be

Is the vane inside the air conditioner clean?
Are there any obstacles blocking the air inlet or outlet of the indoor
or outdoor unit?
Is the window or door open?
In answer to the size of the room and the outdoor temperature,it
may take longer time to reach the set temperature or even the set
temperature can't be reached.
When a ventilation fan or a gas cooker is used in the room,the cooling
load increases,resulting in an insufficient cooling effect.
In I FEEL Cooling mode,since the temperature and humidity are
controlled by auto switching the Cooling operation and Drying
operation,Reheat Drying Operation will be switched to when the set
temperature is approached,which makes the outlet air not very cool.
If you don't want to switch to the Drying operation automatically,you
can the「I FEEL」to「Off」in the menu.
When the humidity in the room is too high or the outdoor temperature
is too low,the set humidity may not be reached.
The cool air from the air conditioner rapidly cools moisture in the air
inside the room,and it turns into mist.
Is the panel installed properly?
Is the end of the outdoor drain pipe broken or pulled upward?
After you confirm all the above and there is still problem,please
contact your dealer or the after-sales service center of our company.
During Cooling operation,pipe or pipe connecting sections are cooled
and this causes water to condense and drip.
In the Heating operation,the defrosting operation on the outdoor unit
will make water or vapor flow out.
The vapor looks like white smoke.
In the Heating operation,water condensed on the heat exchanger
drips down.
Water volume varies with temperature and humidity.
This is not a malfunction,but if the water leakage brings trouble to
you,please contact your dealer or the after-sales service center of
our company to negotiate water drainage issue.
In some cold areas,water drainage may not be carried out due to ice
covered on the outdoor unit.
