Pass the paper under the roller as shown.

Use both hands to carefully pull the jammed paper.
¶ Be sure to pull gently, otherwise the paper may tear and remain inside the unit.
¶ Be sure to remove all the jammed paper. Not doing so will cause paper to jam again.
