1) Secure solenoid mounting plate B ⓳ to solenoid
❶ according to the orientation shown in the
figure.
2) Shifting the solenoid mounting plate B ⓳ to the
right side of slot, attach the mounting plate so that
it is in parallel with solenoid ❶ .
Parts to be used: M5 pan head screw, short ❹ ;
washer, small ❺
[Tightening torque: 1.9 - 2.9 N·m (20 – 30Kgf·cm)]
Parallel
1) Install condensation arm return spring ❾ to
condensation arm ❽ according to the orientation
shown in the figure.
2) Apply JUKI Grease A to the boss section (the
section that comes in contact with the spring) of
condensation arm ❽ and both ends of spring.
1) Pass condensation stopper shaft ⓬ through the
hole in condensation stopper ⓫ according to the
orientation shown in the figure. Then, attach E
ring ⓭ .
