Symbol
For easy installation of child restraints,
your vehicle has three child restraint an-
chor fittings behind the rear seatback.
This symbol indicates the locations of child
restraint anchor fittings.
When installing a child restraint, follow both
the instructions here and those provided by
the manufacturer of your child restraint.
CAUTION
WARNING: Child restraint anchorages
are designed to withstand only those
loads imposed by correctly fitted child
restraints. Under no circumstances are
they to be used for adult seatbelts, har-
nesses or for attaching other items or
equipment to the vehicle.

TO USE THE CHILD RESTRAINT ANCHOR
FITTING:
1. Lower the head restraint to the lowest
position.
2. Open the lid of the anchor fitting.
