Status
Parking brake is not released. Release parking brake.
Engine oil pressure is low.
Engine coolant temperature is
high.
Any of doors are opened.
Bonnet is opened.
Boot lid is opened.
Vehicle stability control system
malfunction is detected.
Transmission selector lever is
not in the "P" position.
Brake pedal is not depressed
when starting engine.
Action
Stop, check and contact your
Toyota dealer.
Stop your vehicle and allow en-
gine to cool.
Close doors completely.
Close bonnet completely.
Close boot lid completely.
Take vehicle to your Toyota
dealer.
Shift the transmission selector
lever to "P" position.
Depress brake pedal firmly.
