10. Gently tap the inner race of the lower bearing to remove from the housing.
Alternate in a star pattern to avoid binding when removing.
Note: Bearings may be damaged during removal. Replace as needed.

11. Remove the bearing spacer.
12. Rotate the spindle housing. Repeat bearing removal for the opposite side.
13. Inspect spindle housing for internal or external damage.
