Fax/Telephone Operation Buttons

Use these buttons for fax and telephone operations:

—This button has two functions:
Press this button once (followed by a two-digit code) to dial a
fax/telephone number registered for coded speed dialing.
Press this button twice to search for fax/telephone numbers by
the name under which they are registered.
Press these buttons to search for items in menus and lists that
appear in the LCD display.
Press these buttons to move the cursor when entering
information.
—Press to temporarily set the MultiPASS 1000 to send tone
—Press to enter a pause in a fax/telephone number when
—Press to engage or disengage the telephone line
—Press to stop an operation.
—Press to start an operation or select a setting.
—Press to place a telephone call on hold.
