Error

Cause
The printer cover is
open.
An error occurred in
the printer.
Colored or stained
paper is loaded in the
paper cassette.
You may have pulled
the paper out before
the MultiPASS 1000
ejected it completely,
causing an error.
The received document Press

installed, causing the
MultiPASS 1000 to
operate incorrectly.
There may be a lot of
print around the ink
detector mark, causing
the paper to bow or
fold. This will shift the
ink detector mark
slightly and cause the
ink detector to see black
instead of white.
