Appendix D - ADM Event and Error Codes Overview
Solution
Visually check circuit breaker for a tripped condition
Disconnect the valve and measure the voltage across
the wires when the chiller is running to ensure 24V is
being delivered to the valve. If so, the cooling valve
will likely need replacing.
Turn on chilled water supply
Replace RTD
Replace High Power Temperature Control Module
Tighten connections
Turn conditioning zone off. Wait a few minutes. If the
condition does not clear or regenerates consistently,
replace heater module
Visually check circuit breaker for a tripped condition
Check incoming voltage to ensure it is above the
minimum operating voltage
Measure voltage across disconnect switch. Voltage
should measure between 190 and 264 Vac.
