SCOPE. This specification is for a traveling wave tube amplifier (TWTA) with an
integrated block up converter. The amplifier input accepts a composite L-band modulated
IF and an external 10 MHz reference signal and output a C band RF signal. The TWTA is
designed to operate outdoors at a satellite ground station.
