Igniting the gas burners
This hob's burners are fitted with automatic reignition. In the event of
a burner being extinguished whilst running, the hob will relight said
burner.
To ignite the burners
Simply twist the desired burner's control knob anticlockwise (left) to
the desired heat level position (anywhere between large and small
flame symbols). The automatic ignition should light the burner.
Please note:
The ignition should not operate (clicking constantly) for more
than 15 seconds at a time. If it does, please switch the hob off
and try again. However, wait for one minute before attempting
to reignite the burner. If the burner does not ignite, repeat the
ignition process with the control knob at the minimum position.
If a burner continues to not ignite, please follow the trouble-
shooting section on page 11.
Control panel indicators
The control panel has a cluster of indicators that serve as an
indication of which zones are active and also act as residual heat
indicators. After a burner has been used for a certain time, the red
indicator for that zone will stay lit for some time after use to alert the
user that the zone is still hot to the touch.

Efficient use of your hob

The hob is equipped with burners of different sizes, designed to
accommodate most sizes of pan. For best results, only use pans
