Unsalted butter - 3 tbs, Fresh rosemary - 1 tbs,
Chopped garlic - ½ tbs, Salt - ¼ ts
Pound or dipping beef with fork to make soft. Crush
pepper corn and mix salt, pepper, red wine, olive oil.
Marinate beef with mixture for 1 hour. Put them
with chopped vegetables on the grill rack in oven
and cook. When the beep, turn the food over and
press start. After cooking, put herb butter on cooked
beef and cook at 900 W until melting butter. Serve
with roasted vegetables.
Herb butter
Mix ingredients together, take in the fridge.

Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper, turmeric and
mix other ingredients. Marinate chicken with them
for 2-3 hours. Put back side first on the grill rack in
oven and cook. When the beep, turn the food over
and press start. After cooking, serve with sticky rice,
vegetables.

Slice thigh chicken and marinate with ingredients for

start. After cooking, serve with chili sauce.

on the grill rack in oven and cook. After cooking,
serve with marinated sauce.
Sauce
Mix remaining marinade sauce and sweet pepper,
put them and cook at 900 W for 1 minute.
