Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper together for
marinating pork with ingredients at 1 hour.
Put a marinated pork wrap with spring onion on
skewers on the grill rack in oven and cook. When the
beep, turn the food over and press start. Serve.

Mix a Roast pork neck and ingredients together for
marinating at 1 hour. Put them on the grill rack in
oven and cook. When the beep, turn the food over
and press start.
Spicy sauce
Mix fish sauce, palm sugar together. Put them and
cook at 900 W for 1 minutes. Add tamarind juice,
roasted rice, spring onion and coriander, if you like.
Serve with roasted pork neck.

curd - 1 tbs, Pickled bean curd water - 1 tbs, Soy

power - 2 ts, Salt - ½ ts
Crush coriander root, garlic, pepper together and
mix with pork, add another ingredients. Mash and
marinate for 1 hour.
Put them on the grill rack in oven and cook. When
the beep, turn the food over and press start. After
cooking, chopping and serve with Sticky rice.
