15.1 Overview

Use the Device Name screen to change the SBG's name in the network.

Click Maintenance > Device Name to view the following screen.

Chapter 15 Device Name

Device Name

DESCRIPTION
Enter a descriptive name to identify your SBG. This name can be up to 64
alphanumeric characters long. Spaces are not allowed, but dashes (-) underscores
(_) and periods (.) are accepted.
Enter the domain name (if you know it) here. This name is propagated to DHCP
clients connected to interfaces with the DHCP server enabled. This name can be up
to 254 alphanumeric characters long.
This displays the serial number of the SBG.
This displays the MAC address of the SBG.
