The front panel LEDs indicate instant status of port links, data activity and system power, and help monitor and troubleshoot
when needed. Figure 2-2

Lights to indicate that the Switch has power.
Indicates the link through that port is successfully established at 10/100Mbps.
Lights:
Indicates that the Switch is actively sending or receiving data over that port.
Blink:
Indicates the port is providing 56V DC in-line power.
Lights:
Indicates the connected device is not a PoE Powered Device (PD).
Off:
Indicates that the Switch is actively sending or receiving data over that port.
Blink:
Indicates the port is successfully established at 1000Mbps.

Slow
Indicates the port is successfully established at 100Mbps.
Blink:
Indicates the port is successfully established at 10Mbps.
OFF:
Indicates that the Switch is actively sending or receiving data over that port.
Blink:
Indicates the port is successfully established at 1000Mbps.

Lights to indicate the PoE power consumption has equal 50W or over 50W.
Lights to indicate the PoE power consumption has equal 100W or over 100W.
Lights to indicate the PoE power consumption has equal 150W or over 150W.
Lights to indicate the PoE power consumption has equal 190W or over 190W.
