Error if the motor controller has unexpectedly disabled the main/belt motor.
Cause
Motor Controller improperly jumpered (on PowerMill)
Remedy
• Check motor controller jumpers
• Check all AC, motor and/or encoder wiring and terminals
• Unseat and reseat all connections
