Status messages, LCD messages and LED behaviors

The Status information will report problems with the unit. Take the proper action by referring to the following table.
» Refer to "Check print status from your PC" on page 29.

Unit status or possible causes
Communication failed on the unit.
Check the AC plug is connected to the AC outlet
properly, the unit is turned On or the connection
environment (USB, Wireless) to the unit. Then
follow the procedures by showing the help text
on your connected unit.

latest troubleshooting by visiting our

If you cannot solve the problem,
disconnect the AC plug and contact an
Authorized Service Center.
