To change a keyword:
In the Edit Keyword List dialog box, select the keyword you want to change and click Change.
Edit the keyword as desired and then press
To remove a keyword:
In the Edit Keyword List dialog box, select the keyword you want to remove, and then click
Remove. When the confirmation message appears, click Yes.

After adding keywords, creators, and owners to the index, you need to assign them to your
documents.
