To remind you that the C20 options you set up from the operation panel
will be overwritten, the Desktop Manager displays a dialog box with a
reminder message.
You can choose to proceed with the action, overwriting the settings in the
C20. Or, you can cancel the action. By cancelling the action, you can first
make a record of your settings on the C20. When you resume operation in
the Desktop Manager, you can re-enter the settings recorded for your C20
in the Desktop Manager.

Installing in Windows 3.1x

This section provides instructions for installing the C20 printer driver and
Desktop Manager in Windows 3.1x. You can connect the printer driver to
the appropriate printer port during installation (for example, LPT1 or
LPT2). You can later change the connection if necessary.
Once you have completed the printer driver installation, you are reminded
to continue with the installation of the Desktop Manager. When you have
completed the installation, you must restart Windows so that your system
detects and recognizes the newly installed device.
To install the printer driver:
1. Insert the backup copy of the first printer driver diskette in your
diskette drive.
2. In Program Manager, double-click Control Panel (generally found in
the Main group).
3. In Control Panel, double-click Printers.
4. In the Printers dialog box, click Add. Then click Install.
5. In the Install Driver dialog box, specify the drive where you inserted
the printer driver diskette (typically A:\) and click OK.
