Chapter 8 — Service changes and maintenance
Link Diagnostic Overlay Program 48 (LD 48) is used to monitor and print
messages sent and received by the MISP, SILC, and UILC cards.
These commands are used to monitor ISDN BRI activity during normal
system operation and to facilitate system maintenance.
Table 21 lists LD 48 commands and functions.

Command Description
Activates the debug option on the MISP
Activates the printing option for incoming and
outgoing messages for the MISP
Prints status messages for the MISP.
Activates sending audit messages from the CPU to
the MISP
Prints input/output messages form the CPU to the
MISP and SILCs/UILCs and from these cards back
to the CPU
Activates printing of messages for a specified DSL
Activates printing of messages for a specified ISDN
BRI card
Resets the command for debug option
Resets the command for monitor option
Resets the command for printing maintenance
messages
Resets the command for audit option
Resets the command for printing messages for a
DSL or line card
Resets the command for printing of messages for a
specified DSL
Resets the command for a group of commands
