Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of the sewing machine.

AVERTISSEMENT :
Couper l'alimentation de la machine (position OFF) avant de commencer l'opération afin de prévenir les
accidents éventuels causés par un démarrage soudain de la machine à coudre.

（1） 針と釜の調整準備
1） 送り調節ダイヤルを 0 に合わせます。
2） はずみ車を回して針棒を最下点にし、針棒抱き締めねじ 1 2 本をゆるめます。
（2） 針棒の高さ
針棒最下点より A 寸法上昇した時、 針 3 の針穴上端より釜剣先 2 の距離は B 寸法になるのが標準です。
（3） 釜の位置決め
1） ねじ歯車（小）の止めねじ 4 3 本をゆるめ、はずみ車を回して、針棒の最下点から A 寸法上昇さ
せる状態にします。
2） この状態で釜剣先 2 と針 3 のすき間が 0.05 〜 0.1 mm になるように針板受け止めねじ 5 8 本と、
左右の釜軸台止めねじ 6 4 本をゆるめ、 釜軸台を左右に動かし調節して止めねじ 5 、 6 を締めます。
3） 次に１）の状態で釜剣先 2 を針 3 の中心に合わせ、ねじ歯車（小）の止めねじ 4 を締めます。
(1) Preparation for adjustment of the needle-to-hook relation
1) Set the stitch dial to "0".
2) Turn the handwheel to bring the needle bar to its lowest position, and loosen two setscrews 1 in the needle bar
connection.
(2) Height of the needle bar
It is standard that the distance from the top end of needle eyelet of needle 3 to blade point of hook 2 is dimension B
when the needle bar rises to dimension A from its lowest position.
