SITRANS LR200 is very easy to install and configure via a graphical Human Machine
Interface (HMI). You can modify the built in parameters either locally via the Siemens
infrared handheld programmer, or from a remote location using one of the following options:
● SIMATIC PDM
● Pactware/DTM
● AMS Device Manager

Approvals and certificates

SITRANS LR200 is available with General Purpose approval, or for hazardous areas. The
approval rating is shown on the device nameplate. For more information see Nameplates for
hazardous area installations (Page 33).

A wide range of process connections and antenna options is available to suit virtually any
vessel configuration.
