Misrecognition
If the caller disconfirms the recognition result, the dialog step plays the prompt that has been defined
on the Misrecognition page. For an explanation of prompt levels, see page 53.

Settings
The Settings page is used to configure the general behavior of the dialog step. Its contents are
component specific. For example, the Settings page of the Question dialog step allows you to set:
