Note that confirmation is not usually required when the main prompt is a yes-no question, but is often
necessary if the caller has provided accurate data, such as a postcode or an amount of money.
Speech recognition
Components that are designed to recognize a standard item of data, such as a date, a time or a
weight, have built-in grammars that will recognize any valid response. For these components it is
typically only necessary to specify a result variable. This is done on the Results page.
