When using a Nuance recognizer: to set a confidence value of approximately zero, position the pointer slightly
above zero. If you set it to zero SAM will use the Global Setting of 50.

If the result has a confidence value above this threshold, it is accepted without
confirmation. If it has a confidence value below this threshold it is played back to the
caller who is asked to confirm that it is correct
