B. WARNING LIGHT STAYS ON EVEN IF OIL
LEVEL IS NORMAL
Check the connections of the wires.
Check the oil level sensor (CHECKING THE OIL
LEVEL SENSOR).
CHECKING DATA
CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL SENSOR
Disconnect the sensor wires and remove the sensor
from the reservoir.
Using a multimeter as an ohmmeter, connect the
sensor wires:
Vertical position - Correct value: 0 W.
Upside-down position - Correct value: infinite resist-
ance.
