Description
Sets the reference level (target value of concentration) for auto iris.
The greater the value, the level becomes up.
Sets the mixing ratio of APL (average level) and peak level for auto
iris.
The greater the value, the APL mixing ratio becomes up.

Description
Sets ON/OFF the function to forcibly turn ON the DA converter
(normally OFF) during super motion operations.
Sets ON/OFF the function to output the VBS signal from the
TEST OUT terminal.
This cannot be set when DA Sel is set to OFF.
Sets ON/OFF the function to output the monitor output signal
from the TEST OUT terminal.
This cannot be set when DA Sel is set to OFF.
