Note
Adjustments of the EN-141 board and the CCD unit should be completed.
3-4-1. Check of DA Gain Adjustment
Equipment:
Video analyzer
Test point:
TEST OUT connector/side panel
Preparations
. Remove the PR-249 board. (Refer to Section 1-5-7.)
. TEST 1 button/MSU-700A → ON
. WHITE CLIP OFF/MSU-700A (PAINT menu) → OFF (lit)
. MASTER GAIN/MSU-700A → +18 dB
Adjustment procedures
1. Select R signal by pushing down the TEST OUT switch (side panel) from the RGB position towards
the SEL position. (You can check which signal is selected on the viewfinder screen.)
2. Adj. point:
1RV1 (R GAIN) /PR-248 board
Specification: A = 109.5 ± 0.5 IRE [NTSC]
A = 766 ± 3 mV [PAL]
3. Select G signal by pushing down the TEST OUT
switch (side panel) from the RGB position towards the
SEL position.
4. Adj. point:
1RV2 (G GAIN) /PR-248 board
Specification: A = 109.5 ± 0.5 IRE [NTSC]
A = 766 ± 3 mV [PAL]
5. Select B signal by pushing down the TEST OUT
switch (side panel) from the RGB position towards
the SEL position.
6. Adj. point:
1RV3 (B GAIN) /PR-248 board
Specification: A = 109.5 ± 0.5 IRE [NTSC]
A = 766 ± 3 mV [PAL]
Setting after adjustment
Installation the PR-249 board. (Refer to Section 1-5-7.)
