27 MHz Clock Frequency Adjustment

Note
• When replace the VCO (IC800 to IC802) or EEPROM (IC815) on DPR-373 board, adjust the clock frequency.
When replace DPR-373 board, it is not necessary to adjust the clock frequency.
• Images may deteriorate during adjustment.
Equipment: Frequency counter
Test point: TP802 (side B, address C4) on the DPR-373 board.
Procedure
1.
Open following page by camera setup menu.
MENU: SERVICE
PAGE: VCO ADJUST
2.
Adjust the frequency at the test point becomes the specification.
• ITEM: VCO SDCK
• Specification: 27,000,000 ±50 Hz
3.
Store the file.

Black Set Adjustment

Equipment: Waveform monitor (R, G, B)
Test point: SDI OUT connector
Preparations
• Setting for the MSU
CLOSE button → ON (lit)
MASTER GAIN → 12 (12 dB)
Procedure
1.
Set the format to "1080/59.94i".
(For the format change procedure, refer to the Operating Instructions.)
2.
Set as follows by camera setup menu.
MENU: SERVICE
PAGE: BLACK SHADING
ITEM: MONITOR SEL → R
3.
Adjust this using the waveform monitor so that the pedestal level of R channel becomes equal within a range of
–3 to +12 dB.
ITEM: BLK SET [R]
