a. The link is not configured (the status
would show Not connected). Con-
figure the BKCAL_IN link to the down-
stream block.
b.The downstream block is sending
back a Quality of Bad or a Status of
Not Invited. See the appropriate
downstream block diagnostics for cor-
rective action.
1. Set target mode to something oth-
er than OOS.
2. IN
a. The link is not configured (the status
would show Not connected). Con-
figure the IN link to the block.
b.The upstream block is sending back
a Quality of Bad or a Status of Not
Invited. See the appropriate up-
stream block diagnostics for correc-
tive action.

a. The link is not configured (the status
