The unit does not start (no error message appears)
First of all ensure that all phases / neutral are available from the supply side.
Situation:
The unit can be switched on (Display on, On/Off LED is on). A program can be entered, but the fan
motor does not start. No error message appears on the display. Making sure that the door and the front
panel are closed.
Troubleshooting:
Enter program and push the
Start/Stop button. Does the
Start/Stop LED flashing
(blinking)?
No
Is the Start/Stop LED
permanently on?
No
The LED is permanently off.
Carry out step 4 „button test" in
the service area. Check function
of the Start/Stop button (000
must change to 015). If
necessary change keyboard pcb.
Note: If the door magnet switch detected the door magnet, the Start/ Stop LED must flashing during
operation!
Switch unit off and on (standby) again. „Demo mode"
appears on the display. Disable demo mode ( Switch unit
off, press and hold the On/Off button and wait until the unit

switches on (approx. 16 sec.)).
Units with right door hinges:
Enter program and push the Start/Stop button. Open the
chamber door. Check reed contact switch function with the
help of a magnet manually. If you don´t know the position of
the door switch, open the front panel (located down right).
When the reed contact switch is closed, the Start/Stop LED
flashes!
Decrease gap between front panel and door.
Units with left door hinges:
Enter program and push the Start/Stop button. Open the

chamber door. Check reed contact switch function with the
help of a magnet manually. If you don´t know the position of
the door switch, open the right side wall.
When the reed contact switch is closed, the Start/Stop LED
flashes!
Decrease gap between chassis and door.
If the LED remains on, the magnet was not recognized.
Replace door switch.
