Select horizontal from the setup menu. Set the scale to 1 µs/div, position to –11 ns.

Clear measurement statistics by pressing the Clear Display button on the front panel.

Move the cursor over the top of the ∆Time measurement at the bottom of the screen.

Press the left mouse button and select Customize from the pop-up menu.
Set the To Edge # control to 6 with Direction Rising and Threshold Middle. Click OK.
