6. TROUBLESHOOTING
The mower is operating on
a slope that exceeds the
its technical limitations and
it cannot move from there.
See "3.9 Safe operation on
slopes" on page 34.
The robotic lawnmower is
leaning too much or has
turned over.
The mower has become stuck.
The body is not properly
secured in the rubber
dampers.
The collision sensor magnet
in the body is missing or is
turned the wrong way round.
The main circuit board is
defective
The cabling to the sensor
card is defective or has
come loose.
The front loop sensor card is
defective.
The main circuit board is
defective.
Check that the tilt sensor is correctly
calibrated. Calibrate if necessary.
See "Calibrate tilt sensor (5-4-2)" on
page 26.
Demarcate the working area so that
it does not include slopes that are too
steep.
Turn the mower the right way up and
rectify the cause of the mower turning
over.
Turn the mower upside down and
check that the rubber dampers are
properly attached in the body and in
the chassis. See "5.21 Replacing the
rear rubber dampers" on page 65
and "5.22 Replacing the Husqvarna
front rubber dampers" on page 66
or "5.23 Replacing the GARDENA
front rubber dampers" on page 66.
Check that the magnet is pointing
in the right direction. See "5.1.5
Magnets for sensors" on page 52.
Replace the main circuit board. See
"5.9 Replacing the main circuit board"
on page 59.
Check the levels for A signal front
and A signal rear. See "Loop (5-1-3)"
on page 23.
If A signal front is 0 and A signal rear
is higher than 70 (the mower is outside
the charge plate, but inside the loop)
or if the Signal quality is lower than
100%, the cabling to the sensor card is
defective or has come loose.

Check the levels for A signal front
and A signal rear. See "Loop (5-1-3)"
on page 23.
If A signal rear is 0 and A signal front
is higher than 70 (the mower is outside
the charge plate, but inside the loop) or
if the Signal quality is lower than 100%,
the main circuit board is defective or
needs to be replaced.
