5.2.4 Assembling the chassis, display
cover and body
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When assembling: Make sure parts are
clean and that no cables will be pinched.
An unsealed chassis can let in moisture,
which can result in faults in the mower.
Always use new sealing strips before
joining the chassis halves together. A
sealing strip that has already been used
does not provide a satisfactory seal.
1. Fit new sealing strips in the underside of the
chassis.
NOTE! In order to obtain adequate sealing,
it is important that the ends of the sealing
strips are laid on top of each other and not
next to each other. This applies to all sealing
strips in the robotic lawnmower.
2. Fit the upper part of the chassis on its lower
part. Guide the cutting height indication so
that it is in the correct groove in the chassis'
top part. Thread the MMI cable and the
buzzer cable through the chassis' top section
so that they are available for the display
cover.

3. Screw the upper and lower parts of the
chassis together with the 10 screws
(Torx 20). The screws should be tightened
crosswise.
4. Fit the cutting height indication's guide in its
groove on the chassis' upper part.
5. Tighten the screws for the height indication
guide (Torx 20).
6. Fit the knob for adjusting cutting height.
7. Fit a new sealing strip in the top part of the
chassis.
8. Connect the MMI cable to the MMI circuit
board and the buzzer cable to the connector
for the buzzer.
