the internal LO signal to be routed to the LO input connector when no external LO is in use.
The Option Series 030 instruments are provided with an LO input connector, an LO output
connector and

remotely controllable switch which selects between them. If an external

connected but the signal is not in use, the switch routes the external LO signal back out the LO
