COMMENTS
Do not change this setting.
0: The Journal lists communications that
reached phase C (message TX/RX) of the T.30
protocol.
1: The Journal lists communications that
reached phase A (call setup) of T.30 protocol.
This includes telephone calls.

failed communications, excluding polling
