Cooking a Product

This section explains how to cook a food
product by describing the "standard operation"
modes through which the oven progresses
(Figure 6).

Mode 1: Oven Off
Mode during which all cooking components are
off and the oven temperature has receded below
150°F (66°C), but the display and keypad
remain on. The user can access cooking profiles
1-4 on this screen (1) or press the down key to
access cooking profiles 5-8.
