Wipe the side part, top part, and inner part of the cap until all the solidified ink is removed.

After cleaning the Maintenance Unit, close the top cover.
Head-cleaning starts after restart, after which the machine returns to the usual condition.

Auto Head Maintenance

You can clean the print head nozzles automatically. If the message prompting you to provide regular
maintenance appears, clean the print head.
• Do not put your hands inside the machine while cleaning of the print head nozzles is automatically
performed. Your fingers may be trapped and injured inside the machine.
• You cannot reuse the absorbent. After using it, be sure to dispose it properly.
• If you have not cleaned the maintenance unit, proceed to clean it.
