Connect the Power Supply

Refer to Figure 3.6. From the IPP-MAP0005 Power Supply:

Two programmable voltage outputs (28 V DC / 1 A)
Two programmable dry relay outputs (toggle switches)
Voltage output AUX (28 V DC / 1 A)
Eight supervised inputs
Input for panel tamper switch
Use this connection to connect additional system modules to the external BDB (refer to
Make the Data Bus Connections, page 38 and Table 3.2, page 40).
Use these connections to control devices in certain system states (refer to Programmable
Output Signals, page 61).
Use these connections to control devices such as self-powered signaling devices in
certain system states (Programmable Output Signals, page 61).
Use this connection to supply voltage to devices in the panel. The voltage can be
switched on/off in certain system states.
Use these inputs to connect supervised conventional detectors or key switches RE = 12.1
KOhm (refer to Point Types and Point Evaluation, page 60).
Use this input to connect the tamper switch of the panel (refer to Install and Connect the
Tamper Switch, page 48, Figure 3.14).
Connect the supplied thermistor cable (P/N F01U074759) and mount the thermistor
inside the enclosure. Refer to Figure 3.6 Required Power Supply Connections, page 43
and Figure 3.7 Mount the Thermistor, page 44.
Connect the AC terminal block to the power supply.
Connect the power supply to the ICP-MAP5000 Main Panel using the supplied four-pin
connector cable (P/N: F01U074769).
