To protect against possible personal injury due to abrupt start of the machine, be sure to start the following work
after turning the power off and ascertaining that the motor is at rest.

Um durch plötzliches Anlaufen der Nähmaschine verursachte Verletzungen zu vermeiden, führen Sie die fol-
gende Arbeit erst aus, nachdem Sie den Netzschalter ausgeschaltet und sich vergewissert haben, daß der Motor
vollkommen stillsteht.
AVERTISSEMENT :
Pour ne pas risquer des blessures causées par une brusque mise en marche de la machine, toujours la mettre
hors tension et s'assurer que le moteur est au repos avant d'effectuer les opérations suivantes.

Para protegerse contra posibles lesiones personales debido a un arranque brusco de la máquina de coser, cer-
ciórese de comenzar el siguiente trabajo después de desconectar la corriente y de estar seguro que el motor
está completamente parado.

guenti operazioni spegnere l'interruttore dell'alimentazione ed assicurarsi che il motore abbia completamente

6) Make sure of the position so that belt cover 5 on the machine bed side does not come in contact with belt
cover main body 2 and fi x it on the table using two pieces each of washer and wood screw.
(Caution) When tilting the machine head, tilt it after removing belt cover auxiliary plate 6 .

1） ベルトカバー支柱 1 をアームのはずみ車の下に
あるねじ穴へねじ込みます。
2） ベルトカバー本体 2 を、アーム窓板近くにある
ベルトカバー取り付けねじ穴に座金を使用して
2 個のねじで締め付けます。
3） ベッド側のベルトカバー 5 にベルト受け板 3
を取り付けてから、ベルトカバー本体の内側に
入れておきます。
4） ベルトカバー 5 にベルトカバー補助板 6 を取
付けます。
5） ベルトカバー蓋 4 をベルトカバー本体に取り付
けます。
6） ベッド側のベルトカバー 5 をベルトカバー本体
2 に当たらないように、位置を確かめてから 2
個の木ねじで座金を使い、 テーブルに固定します。
( 注意 ) ミシンを倒す際は、ベルトカバー補助板 6
を外してから倒してください。
1) Screw belt cover support 1 in the tapped hole
located under the handwheel.
2) Tighten belt cover main body 2 in the tapped hole
for installing the belt cover located near the side
plate in the machine arm using two pieces each of
washer and screw.
3) Install bottom plate 3 to belt cover 5 on the machine
bed side and place it inside the belt cover main body.
4) Install belt cover auxiliary plate 6 to belt cover 5 .
5) Install belt cover top 4 to the belt cover main body.
