Checking Ignition and Forgetting to Turn Pilot Light Out
• Check ignition during use, and check that the pilot light is out after use.
• Before going out or going to bed, check to see if you have not forgotten to turn the pilot
light out.
• After use, be sure to check that the pilot light is out. Before you go out or plan not to use
the equipment for a long time, be sure to close the gas cock. (In the case of gas cocks
without a knob, remove the connector from the gas cock.)
