• Turn on the VCR and the TV.
• Set the TV to the video channel.

Press MENU, then press CURSOR M/m
to highlight SETTINGS and press OK.
Press CURSOR M/m to highlight
CLOCK, then press OK.
AUTO ADJUST is highlighted.
