Erasing the data of an unwanted
programme
You can erase an unwanted programme
from the SmartFile list.
When you erase a programme from the list,
that portion of tape becomes Blank Time
space.
Before you start
• Turn on your TV and set it to the video channel.

Insert a SmartFile tape.
The SMARTFILE indicator lights up on the
VCR.

Press SMARTFILE.
The SmartFile search list appears on the TV screen.

Press CURSOR
