Can't hear audio when viewing on main monitor
a. Camera must be full screen to hear audio
b. Audio cable is damaged
c. Camera is not compatible

I can hear audio when in live view mode but I can't hear anything in playback
a. Incorrect menu setting, please check audio settings in Encode
b. Volume is set too low in playback
c. Firmware corruption
10. Time keeps re-setting itself
a. Recorder is syncing to the incorrect time server
b. System battery is malfunctioning
11. DVR cannot control PTZ.
a. Cable connection is not correct
b. PTZ setup is not correct
c. PTZ and recorder protocol is not compatible
d. PTZ and recorder address is not correct
e. When there are several decoders, please add 120 Ohm between the PTZ
decoder A/B cables furthest end to delete the reverberation or impedance
matching. Otherwise the PTZ control won't be stable.
