c. Smart Playback
Smart Playback is a feature within your search screen that identifies all movement within a
certain section of the screen. To use this feature please follow the instructions below:
1.
Select the camera you want to use smart search on and bring that camera
full screen
2.
When you have the camera full screen the smart search button will be active,
press this button and the screen will overlay a grid onto the camera image.
3.
Highlight the area you want to analyse using the mouse to highlight the
screen, in the above example we have highlighted the area at the bottom of
the stairs so we can identify anyone who has gone upstairs.
4.
To begin the smart search click the Smart Search button again and the device
will then begin to playback movements that happened in the selected area
5.
To exit Smart Search right click on the screen and press OK to confirm
